The path to the ready-to-use profile roll begins with the import of our customers' drawing formats and the immediate provision of the corresponding steel from our storage tower. We saw, mill, turn and grind in a finely tuned production chain on a standardized database and with a well-coordinated team of skilled workers with many years of experience. Our tried-and-tested process chain guarantees the best products and the fastest delivery.
Better to check than hope
We do not like coincidences. That's why we rely on a quality control system that does not tolerate mistakes. Because we like them even less.
One of the ways we do this is by using data M roll scanners. This means that every product we deliver undergoes a sophisticated, standardized measurement. In addition, there are concentricity, roughness and hardness tests. Only when this data exactly matches the requirements documented in the order does the forming roll leave our premises. Because we have a long tradition of precision.
